We know you've been busy revising, handing in FYP's and generally stressing out, so we've extended the group discount for another week. So, buy your tickets in groups of 4 or more and each of you will receive a £5 drinks voucher to spend on the night which will be given to you at the door.

Dodgems BOOKED!

By popular demand, Dodgems will be making a comeback at this year's Summer Ball, along with Waltzers, to make up the Free funfair on the night. Feedback on the Facebook group and from the fortnightly Summer Ball Student Forums highlighted that students really wanted to see Dodgems booked for the line up of attractions at this year's event - so that's exactly what we've done!

VIP Tickets for the Summer Ball 2010 have sold out in under a week as students rushed to get their hands on the limited tickets giving champagne reception, priority access to the Main Stage, access to the exclusive VIP Lounge and complementary hot buffet and drinks.

This year, VIP tickets are strictly limited to 200 - so if you want to take advantage of a champagne reception to greet you on arrival, the exclusive VIP area, priority access to the mainstage as well as complementary hot buffet and drinks all for just £15 then buy your tickets early! Last year VIP tickets were snapped up in record timing so if you want to enjoy your Summer Ball in true VIP style, make sure you're at the front of the line when tickets go on sale - 10am Monday 15th March.

Tickets for this year's Summer Ball go on sale on Monday 15th March and will be available from all Students' Union venues (Ember Lounge, LRV and The Lounge) as well as Students' Union shops and online.  

Ticket prices for this year's Summer Ball have been frozen from 2009 to give you the best possible value for money. Tickets  cost £40 and £55 for VIP - and if you buy your tickets in a group of four or more (and before May), you can also take advantage of £5 free drinks vouchers per person to spend on the night, saving you even more money on the biggest event of the year.
