If travelling from Stafford: make sure you collect you free travel ticket so that you can use the coaches provided to travel to and from the Ball.

Make sure you know where the meeting point is: There will be a meeting point at the event so you will be able to find your friends easily if you lose them in the festivities.

Remember this is a nine hour event so (ladies!) you may want to bring a comfortable pair of shoes with you for later on in the night which we will also look after for you, until you need them in our special Summer Ball Shoe Cloakroom.

Withdraw cash before the event to avoid queuing on the night. Whilst there will be a cash machine available, you’ll be able to spend more time enjoying the bands, DJs, silent disco, fairground, tasty food stalls and professional photographers if you don’t have to spend time queueing.
